Making the Wooden Wheel for a wooden Barrow- using a cheat method. Perhaps a wooden wheel barrow could be woodworking project for a High School Student. Pallets are free from many places.

Laugh first up, a tree branch barrow

Wooden wheels- was 2015

Cut out the half wheels from a plank. Best on the same side, so one can be flipped over, incase the wood has been cut out of square.

The two halves.
Screws front and back as per arrow.
Could, use a hand drill, but a low cost drill press is easier, just lift the drill off, and put the wheel over the central column.
Notice, when using a jig saw, cut out enough so there is enough room to access the middle of the wheel.
Another picture.

Out of the drill press.

Add support block one side at the time, and drill with a hand drill.
