Gardening. Friend or Foe.

A club members article

Lizzy is our friend who eats snails.
Notice the light green colours on the lizard are the same as the dried up green leaves.

Mosquito is not our gardening friend.

A yellow bucket of water left out, and there they are.
Even a baby mosquito is not cute.

A member thought to collect the run off water from an evaporative air conditioner, for the hydrangeas',  need to empty the water out often.

Close up.

Just emerged from the pupa stage.

Spider, catches pest insects, so is a friend.
Bee- are important, without them, pollination problems
More bees.

Butterfly

Wheres the flyspray.

Looks like it should be on the Simpsons

Roach

Slug 3 inches long, eats seedlings, so a foe.

Small fly.

Honeyeaters, looking for the washing, but they are great friends, eating insects.
