The Tea Tree Gully District Garden Club extends an invitation to any interested persons to to join the group. The club was formed in May 1971 under the name of "North Eastern Hills Floral Show Society" and continued under that name until May 1994 when the present name was registered. Meetings are held on the first Monday of each month, from Feb to Dec in the Modbury uniting Church Hall Montague Rd Modbury Nth starting at 8.00pm. Subscriptions are payable on the 1st of May annually. Currently as of 10 July 2016, $15.00 per year, to clarify, that is $15 per year.

Monthly competitions are held for cut flowers, pot plants, orchids & floral art. Certificates are awarded culminating with an aggregate points trophy which is presented at the end of the year at the annual Christmas Function. Members provide a basket supper.
Club members are very keen to share their knowledge and experience with any new members and visitors at the meetings.
